ast time out I had asked Coach Bryan if there had been any specific concerns by officials about the new A-11 system.

Bryan: Sure, and that was to be expected. Some officials were a bit worried that it might be too hard to keep track of the proper eligible or ineligible players, or ineligible players illegally touching the ball behind the line of scrimmage, etc. But, as we were told each week, the A-11 offense is "much easier" to officiate in person than it is on a chalkboard. We had no problems, and many of those officials had never seen us play before the actual game they worked involving Piedmont that night.
