PSK

Remind the crew about post-scrimmage kick (PSK) fouls. The criteria for a PSK penalty is:

  • The kick must cross the neutral zone;
  • It must be an R foul beyond the neutral zone that occurred during the kick; and 
  • R must have possession of the ball at the end of the down.

The enforcement of a PSK is simply the all-but-one principal for the R foul behind the end of kick spot. This will mean that the Back Judge will need two beanbags, one to mark first touching and one to mark the end of the kick. Beanbag the end of the kick on all scrimmage kicks!
