Pre-free kicks

Free kicks are the logical first live ball topic to discuss at our pregame since they are normally the initiating action we will see in the contest. Now is a good time to make sure everyone in your meeting is awake and paying attention. Yes, that means it is a good time for group participation.

Starting with yourself, go around the room and tell everyone where you will line up on the free kicks. Tell what your pre-kick responsibilities will be and with whom you will be communicating. It is wise to demonstrate the signal the person on the other end will see.
