ast time I wrote about a trip to the Alabama vs. Arkansas game and my experience watching the SEC officials. I promised that I would explain how I taught my crew of rookies what I mean by "slow down" — while continuing to maintain their hustle.

82nd Airborne Division

For four years I spent my life jumping out of perfectly normal airplanes as a paratrooper with the US Army. Even more exciting than jumping out of airplanes was shooting. I love to shoot. Don't get me wrong. I am not one of those wacko-lunatics who thinks that war is great and fun and all that other crap. I've seen war ... and been shot at. It's not pretty — nor fun.
