Man, can't this wait?

You've just worked a reserve game where nothing seemed to go right. It was one of those games where it seemed as if every other play had a penalty. The game was sloppy, and the coaches were on you from the get-go. At times like those you'd probably rather imbibe your favorite cold beverage than write down all the stuff that went on in the game. OK, we agree you've earned the cold one, but then write down some essential things about the game you just worked. You really don't have to write everything down right after the game, but don't put it off too long: try to get it done within the next day.
