ootball, at the high school level anyway, is a GAME and is designed to be enjoyed by all participants. Go into every game with the objective of having fun that night. If you are not refereeing for the fun of associating with the game and providing a service for the kids...what's your point? I certainly hope none of you officiate strictly for the money, because you could pump gas at the corner convenience store or sell shoes on the weekend and make more!
