Pregame environment

Visitors should be prohibited from the locker room during the pregame conference unless they are there strictly to observe. If you do have an observer, have him sit behind everyone and observe with the eyes and not the mouth.

Be dressed and ready to go onto the field before starting the pregame conference. This is the time for the crew to focus on the game to be played that day. The clock operator and chain crew should be present for those portions of the pregame conference that pertain to their jobs.
